Production Time: Most personalized products require 2–5 business days for production.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days after shipment.

For most personalized orders, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 9–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs vary depending on the destination country or region. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Carry Memento may offer shipping promotions from time to time, including free standard shipping. Any promotional shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout during the applicable promotional period.

3. Duties & Import Taxes

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after shipment.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has entered processing or shipment.
